By integrating technologies and leveraging e-mail inbox data from Pivotal Veracity, BlueHornet now can offer tools within its eMarketing Suite version 3.0 (eMS 3.0) that allow clients to track and receive detailed delivery data on e-mail messages sent to the top 20 U.S. ISPs. The new integrated offering is called BlueHornet Domain Delivery Report.
The BlueHornet Domain Delivery Report, available as part of BlueHornet’s delivery management services packages or on a standalone basis, gives BlueHornet clients the ability to measure the effectiveness of their e-mail marketing efforts by learning what ISPs are doing with an e-mail once it is received. This feature allows marketers to quickly identify potential delivery problems with campaigns. Information reported within BlueHornet’s eMS 3.0 application for a specified e-mail launch includes the overall percentage of e-mails that were received, sent to the inbox, blocked, or filtered to bulk mail folders. All facts are itemized by ISP and presented in graphical format for at-a-glance impact.
