Returns & Cancellations Policy

Physical Product Orders

Once an order containing physical products has been placed and the funds have been received by us the order is considered to be in the processing stage. The following policy and charges will apply to order cancellations per the relevant status:

Order Not Yet Shipped

In cases where the order has not yet been shipped from the warehouse and a cancellation request is generated, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the request in writing from the customer who has placed the order.

A service fee of 2.5% will be charged and the balance refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument. For example, if the order is placed on through a credit card then the refund will be paid through the payment gateway to the same credit card account.

Order Shipped

In cases where the order has already shipped from the warehouse and a cancellation request is generated, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated with 72 hours of receiving the product back from the customer or from the courier company as RTO (Return to Origin). If the order is already delivered, you must ensure that the packaging is not opened and remains sealed. The product will need to be sent back to NDSL in good condition and unused.

A service fee of 2.5% will be charged in addition to reasonable courier charges and the balance will refunded to the card or bank account holder and credited through the same payment instrument. For example, if the order is placed on through a credit card then the refund will be paid through the payment gateway to the same credit card.

Once the transfer is initiated, you will be given a bank reference ID to track the refund process. The funds transfer is done through a third-party gateway and could take between 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

EMI Payment Orders

For orders using the EMI payment option on a card where the EMI charges are borne by the customer, then there will be no refund of any EMI processing or interest fee if the cancellation and the refund is initiated by the customer.

The cancellation and refund process will depend on the shipping status at of the order. Please refer to the process and refund policies outlined under Physical Product Orders.

For orders where NDSL offered free EMI and has borne the EMI service fees, and the customer has placed an order through this offer, then the EMI charges will deducted over and above the service charges and courier charge. The EMI charges may vary between 3.5% and 10% depending on the tenure of the EMI. Since these rates are subject to change, the rates will be communicated to the customer before the cancellation request is processed.

Out-of-Stock Orders

It is our endeavor is to ensure that products offered on the website are available at all times. However, in cases where the products are not available and not likely to be available for a reasonable period of time, you will be paid the full refund amount will after being informed via email or phone. No charges will be levied. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument. For example, if the order is placed on through a credit card then the refund will be paid through the payment gateway to the same credit card account.

Digital Product Orders

Fulfillment of digital will be done through the transaction confirmation, which will include a download link and product license key which should be used to activate the product. For more information, consult the Help links provided on the confirmation emails."

Once downloaded, the transaction is set to be complete. A refund of the transaction will be done only at the discretion of the software producer and license owner.

Net Distribution is an online reseller and does not have the rights to reverse transactions and make refunds once the product has been purchased and the software key provided to the license buyer (consumer)

This policy is in force from 15 June 2014. Any change in the policy will be at the sole discretion of NDSL. By accepting this policy you are accepting the terms conditions, charges as mentioned in the policy.
