Do you ship to my country?
Physical products can only be shipped to India addresses. Digital products can be purchased with Indian payment methods and downloaded anywhere.

I live outside the US. Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, additional stock will become available within a week. You will receive an email as soon as your product ships. If you purchased using a credit card, you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment agency when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.

How will my product be delivered?
Physical Orders

For physical are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses, stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the order reach you within 7-25 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between 10:30 am – 7:00 pm Monday –Sunday.

Orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for orders signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the website. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Digital Orders

Fulfillment of digital products will be done through the transaction confirmation, which will include a download link and product license key which should be used to activate the product. For more information, consult the Help links provided on the confirmation emails.

What if my product is out of stock?
Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the website are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 3-4 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience. In case you would like to alter, exchange or cancel your order, such specific instructions need to be sent to us at the email address provide on the Contact Us page.
