TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is: Herman Miller Ltd (company no. 1097772) whose registered office is at 1 Portal Road, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6GN
2. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, and over 18 years of age. However, employees and their immediate families of Herman Miller UK Ltd, and their associated dealers, retailers, agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants who do not consent to the Herman Miller's decisions may withdraw from the competition.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. The closing date for entries is 12pm GMT on Friday 29 March 2019. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. Herman Miller reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrant as soon as possible by Herman Miller.
10. The prize draw is for four different chairs: 1 x Sayl chair, 1 x Mirra 2 chair, 1 x Aeron chair, and 1 x Cosm chair. The finishes for each chair have been pre-selected and are therefore not available for customisation.
11. There will be four different winners – one for each chair. No single entrant can win multiple prizes.
12. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability and Herman Miller reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Four winners will be chosen at random by a random name picker website at 3pm GMT on Friday 29 March 2019, from all entries received and verified by Herman Miller and/or it’s agents. In the event that a participant’s name is selected more than once, only the first selection is valid and a new name will be chosen.
14. The winners will be selected in the following order:
    
    1. Aeron
    2. Sayl
    3. Cosm
    4. Mirra 2.
15. The winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the competition closing.
16. All prizes will be delivered to each winner free-of-charge via Herman Miller’s nominated 2-man courier within 20 working days of the winner claiming their prize.
17. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 20 working days of notification, Herman Miller reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. Herman Miller’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 21. Save where they are due to the Herman Miller’s malice or gross negligence, Herman Miller does not accept liability for damages or other harm suffered by entrants as a result of their participation in the competition.
