You are welcome to visit our central London showroom or contact any of our dealers or retailers across the UK . Please note not all products are available at all locations, so please check in advance.

Do your products require assembly?

Some products require light assembly using simple tools. To determine if the product you're interested in requires assembly, go to the Specifications tab located on each or our product pages. For those products that might be heavier than you'd care to lift or that require assembly, we offer an installation service which can be arranged with our Customer Services team after you have completed your purchase.

Warranty information

How do I arrange for a product to be serviced or repaired under warranty?

If you need a product servicing or repairing, please contact our Customer Services team or the Herman Miller dealer or retailer where you purchased your product. They will be able to make the final determination whether the issue is specifically covered under the warranty and eligible for replacement or repair.

I don't know where I purchased my product.

If you're not sure where your product was originally purchased, please Contact Us to provide the six digit "FO"- Factory Order number and Manufacturing date located on the label of your product. We can use that information to connect you with the appropriate dealer or retailer.
