Delivery

Delivery on all products purchased through the Herman Miller Store is free-of-charge.

Small accessories will be sent with a small parcel courier. Standard parcel tracking applies to this service.

Products not requiring installation (such as chairs) will be sent with a 2-man courier team.This service includes pre-delivery and live-time tracking, and they will deliver into a room of choice and remove the packaging if requested.

Products requiring installation will be sent with Herman Miller’s in-house installation team. Automatic tracking is not available; however, the installation team will be in constant contact throughout the process.

All the above services require a signature upon delivery.

A small selection of our most popular items are held in stock, but most products are custom-made to order. This means that while the majority are available for dispatch from 5 working days, there are many that will require up to 60 working days for delivery as they are manufactured and dispatched from our US warehouse. We will always endeavour to minimise these delivery times where possible, and please be assured that they will be worth the wait!

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Please be aware that orders outside mainland UK (such as Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) and remote areas of the UK may be subject to extended lead times from those advertised.
