How do I cancel my order (this policy does not limit your statutory rights which are outlined in Digital River’s Terms of Sale)?

If you selected to pay by cheque or money order, and have not sent in your payment. Your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

Orders placed by credit card may only be cancelled the day they were placed. If you need to cancel your credit card order please click here.

Please note that your order is processed in the most efficient manner possible and may not be able to be cancelled.

When will the credit appear on my card?

Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving your completed letter of destruction.
