How can I cancel my Auto-Renewal Plan?
To cancel your Auto-Renewal Plan, you can Look Up Your Order and follow the instructions below:
- Enter your Order Number and password. Your order password can be found in the order confirmation email that you will have received when making the original purchase.
- Alternatively, if you do not have your confirmation email, you can look up your order using your email address and the last five digits of credit card used to purchase.
- Once logged into your order, you will see Renew Subscription and Stop Automatic Billing buttons.
- Clicking on Stop Automatic Billing will stop the Auto-Renewal Plan immediately. Your product will still be active until the subscription expiry date.
Submit a request to Customer Service to cancel your Auto-Renewal plan. Customer Service requests are handled in the order in which they are received. You will be sent an email confiming the cancellation when one of our representatives has processed it. Be sure to include your order number when contacting Customer Service.
