What is Auto-Renewal Plan?
The service is provided by Digital River. The Auto-Renewal Plan is an easy and convenient way to ensure that your computer, personal data and financial information always remain protected. With our Auto-Renewal Plan, the license for your Kaspersky Lab product will be extended automatically before it expires, providing you with seamless protection.

How will my subscription be automatically renewed?
Please be aware that you do not need to do anything to renew your subscription. Prior to its expiry, you will receive an email stating the amount and on which date you will be charged. You can cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan (see below) or do nothing.

The charge will be made on the same credit card that you used for your original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful renewal. Your Kaspersky Lab software will be renewed automatically. You do not need a new activation code or to do anything else in order to stay protected for the next period. Your license will be extended automatically and you will remain protected without ever having to hit another button.

How can I cancel my Auto-Renewal Plan?
To cancel your Auto-Renewal Plan, you can Look Up Your Order and follow the instructions below:
  • Enter your Order Number and password. Your order password can be found in the order confirmation email that you will have received when making the original purchase.
  • Alternatively, if you do not have your confirmation email, you can look up your order using your email address and the last five digits of credit card used to purchase.
  • Once logged into your order, you will see Renew Subscription and Stop Automatic Billing buttons.
  • Clicking on Stop Automatic Billing will stop the Auto-Renewal Plan immediately. Your product will still be active until the subscription expiry date.

Submit a request to Customer Service to cancel your Auto-Renewal plan. Customer Service requests are handled in the order in which they are received. You will be sent an email confiming the cancellation when one of our representatives has processed it. Be sure to include your order number when contacting Customer Service.

What will happen to my subscription if I cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan?
You will receive the subscription service for the full time period for which you have paid, even if the Auto-Renewal Plan is cancelled. Cancelling an annual Auto-Renew Plan means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following year, but you will continue to receive the database updates for the remainder of the subscription year.

How do I update my Auto-Renewal Plan contact email address?
Click here, complete the form, and submit to Customer Service. We will update your email address in our records so you will continue to receive notification emails regarding the expiration or auto-renewal of your subscription.

How do I update my Auto-Renewal Plan payment and billing information?
If you need to update the credit card number or expiration date associated with your auto-renewal, please click here and enter your order number and order password. Your order password can be located in your confirmation email. Or, you can click here to retrieve it.
