Please check your system for and disable any of the following:

For Windows XP Users: To temporarily disable your pop up blocker, go to the "Internet Options" menu in the "Tools" drop down menu in Internet Explorer. Select "Pop Up Blocker". Select "Turn Off Pop Up Blocker"

Ensure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser.

For Internet Explorer (recommended):

Not all browsers are fully compatible with all servers. If you are using AOL's built in browser, we recommend using Internet Explorer or Netscape

If you are still unable to receive the download you may try the following:

  1. When you are at your order detail page, place the cursor over the 'http download' button, then right-click and select "Save Target/Link As"
  2. When you are at your order detail page, place the cursor over the 'http download' button, then right-click and select "Open in new window"
  3. Ensure that you are current on all Windows Updates. From the Start menu, click on Windows Update, and download recommended updates and patches, then restart the computer.
