  2. Add “studentoffice.nz@digitalriver.com” to your email contacts list or whitelist.
  3. Request your university IT department add “studentoffice.nz@digitalriver.com” to their email whitelist.
  4. Click here to resend your email.
  5. If the above actions do not work, contact Customer Support.
To validate you are an enrolled student, we must verify your email domain is from an eligible University/Tertiary.
