- How do I cancel my order?
- A request to cancel your order may only be submitted the same day the order is placed unless your product is currently on backorder. To request your order be canceled please click here. Please note, this is a request and not a guarantee. Shipments are processed as efficiently as possible and may not be able to be canceled.
If we are unable to cancel your order, you will receive a shipping notification via email. You can also check to see if your order has shipped by clicking here.

To obtain a refund for digital product(s) please look up your order by clicking here, then select the "Request a Return" button.
To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased online, you need to email Customer Service to request a refund.
