Digital River Expands E-Commerce Agreement with Skype
MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 11, 2008 — Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that it expanded its e-commerce agreement with Skype. As part of the agreement, Digital River is now hosting all of Skype’s e-commerce operations and globally supporting the newly designed online Skype Shop. The online Skype Shop, located at www.skype.com/shop, now features multiple languages and currencies.

Based on the expanded agreement, Digital River is now globally managing online orders in nine different currencies and eleven languages for the Skype Shop. The Shop uses Digital River’s back-end logistics solution to provide efficient fulfillment capabilities across a wide variety of manufactured products, warehouse locations and sourcing origins. In addition, Digital River is providing Skype with 24x7 customer service support in eight languages and fraud prevention screening as well as driving online product promotions for the newly enhanced sites.
