Digital River Announces Call for Entries for its 2006 ICE Awards
Recognizes clients for Internet Commerce Excellence
MINNEAPOLIS, March 13, 2006 -- Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, today announced a call for entries for its 2006 ICE AwardsSM – an acronym for Internet Commerce Excellence. The awards recognize Digital River clients that are putting its e-commerce best practices to work in creative new ways to attract customers, build loyalty and drive revenues and efficiencies through their online stores. Digital River’s ICE Awards will be presented to clients at the company’s Spring Global Network Sales Summits, which are being held in Seattle, Wash., and Majorca, Spain.

All clients are eligible for Best Performing Promotion, Rookie-of-the-Year and Highest Online Sales Growth ICE Awards. Alternatively, clients can complete and submit ICE Awards nomination forms for Best Product Launch, Best Network Sales Performance, Best International E-Commerce Strategy, Best Performance by an Online Retailer and Best Strategic E-Marketing Performance.
