Digital River Signs E-Commerce Agreement with En Masse Entertainment
To support launch of massively multi-player online game, TERA
MINNEAPOLIS – August 10, 2010 – Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, today announced that it has signed a global, multi-year agreement with En Masse Entertainment, a game publisher focused on delivering world class online video games to Western audiences. Under the agreement, which runs through 2014, Digital River will manage in-game commerce and launch an online store to support North American sales of En Masse’s soon-to-be-released flagship action MMO, TERA. The store is expected to launch in 2011.
